Nurova Prep is a brand providing educational, revision and exam-preparation applications, published and operated by the developer identified on the relevant Apple App Store listing.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use our applications on devices you own or control, for your own study and revision.

You agree not to:

• copy, resell, redistribute or publish content from our applications;
• attempt to reverse engineer, modify or interfere with an application;
• circumvent purchase, subscription or access controls; or
• use an application unlawfully or in a way that disrupts other users.

In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. Billing, renewal, cancellation and refunds are managed through your Apple Account and are subject to Apple's terms.

Our applications are study and revision tools. They are not official examination materials and are not affiliated with, endorsed by or certified by any examination board, awarding body, regulator or professional institution.

We do not guarantee any particular examination result or outcome. Content is provided for practice purposes and should be used alongside official guidance and materials.

We may update, change or discontinue applications, features or content. We aim to keep our applications available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation.

All software, design, text, branding and other materials in our applications and on this website remain the property of Nurova Prep or its licensors.

To the extent permitted by law, Nurova Prep is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, or loss arising from reliance on application content. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, with the date it was last updated shown above.
